- I want to document this whole P90X adventure, so I can see my progress. I've gotten in shape before but never taken measurements or before-and-after pics. By documenting my efforts, I will be able to clearly see my progress and measure my results.
- When I'm finished, I'll be able to print a book of this blog using Blog To Print.
- Blogging forces me to write. By maintaining this and my other blogs, I am forced to exercise my writing muscle daily. I really want to become a better writer and that requires daily practice.
- Blogging releases my creative energy. When I write the posts and edit the photos, I kick that left brain into high gear. This whole process gets me high. I love the way it makes me feel.
- When I write the posts I become more introspective. I look inside myself and learn more about myself and what I am going through. Healthy introspection is always a good thing.
- I want to inspire and help other people who want live healthier lifestyles.
- Who knows. Maybe I will develop a readership if I continue to blog. Who wouldn't mind that?
BTW, I did the Kenpo X in my crowded garage that I am remodeling. It was so, so frickin' fun. Kenpo is my favorite workout.
Love this Post!
