Day 15: It's Week 3 Already! (260 lbs)



Just started week 3 of P90X! I can't believe how fast the first 2 weeks passed and how much better I already feel. Although, I've been eating very tight, I've lost no weight. I'm hoping that I am just changing body composition and losing fat while I gain muscle. This week follows the same disks 1 - 7 format as the first 2 weeks. Next week they switch the workouts around during the phase 1 recovery week.

Alas, I'm on my own doing the P90X workouts now. My son and P90X partner, Ryan, just got a job and can't do P90X with me in the mornings. However, my girlfriend, Karen, stopped by before her boot camp to keep me company and make wise ass remarks while I was killing myself. In her defense, she was kind enough to make me a big glass of ice-cold, green tea. Thanks, baby.
