Just finished up the P90X Leg and Back workout and jumped right into the Ab Ripper X workout that's included at the end of the DVD. As you can see, I workout in a smaill 12'x17' garage. I don't need a bunch of fancy equipment. All the Ab Ripper X workout requires is a $20 mat and the determination to do 12 different ab exercises for 17 long minutes. Yes, it burns like hell and I've come close to tossing my cookies a few times, but it is worth every minute of the suffering. A strong core improves posture, reduces back pain, prevents injury and looks fantastic at the beach.
