Day 24: Kenpo X Improved (255 lbs)

I really enjoy the Kenpo X workout but hate punching air. Today, I decided to bump it up a notch and use my heavy bag and punching bag during the workout. That was a damn good idea. Not only did I get a good cardio workout but my arms and chest are pretty darn sore. My muscles feel like achy stones and I do love that feeling. However, I wish the Kenpo workout was just a little more cardio intensive. I'm doing everything they're doing in the P90X video and having no problems keeping up. In fact, I'm not even breathing as hard as they are in the video. I have trouble believing I'm in this good of shape. Can't wait to see what's going to happen in another 66 days.
